Patients who live a mile from a chemist may have their prescriptions dispensed from our Witley Surgery Dispensary.  All other patients will have to take their prescriptions to a Chemist.  You will be advised about this when you register.

If you are receiving long-term drug treatment you will be given a repeat prescription form which can be used to obtain repeat drugs without having to see your doctor every time.  You will however, be seen at regular intervals to review your treatment. WHEN REQUESTING A PRESCRIPTION, PLEASE STATE WHICH SURGERY (WITLEY OR MILFORD) YOU WOULD LIKE TO COLLECT IT FROM

Repeat prescription requests may be handed in, posted, faxed or emailed to the surgery and your request will normally be ready within 48 hours.  Please remember to allow extra time at weekends and Bank Holidays when the surgery is closed.  FOR SAFETY REASONS REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS CANNOT BE TAKEN OVER THE TELEPHONE.
